Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues (Replace, Don't Repair)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately.

Exclusive Warranty: We provide a "Replace, Don't Repair" service. If your device has a confirmed quality issue, we will skip the repairs and send you a brand-new replacement unit directly.

Exchanges & EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For exchanges, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

EU Orders: Customers in the European Union have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason, provided the item meets the standard return conditions.

Refunds

Once inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact gua.sha@outlook.com.
